Ms. Mongeon has been a writer for seventeen years. She has written numerous articles for newspapers and magazines and has been a co author on the book Digital Sculpting With Mudbox: Essential Tools and Techniques for Artists Focal press 2010. She has also been a contributing writer on Mike de la Flor’s book The Digital Biomedical Illustration Handbook and Theresa Mancuso’s book Dog People Do it Better.

Current Writing Projects
She is presently working on several books including Art, Design and Technology- Exploration of Resources and Advancements in Digital Sculpting, Printing, Milling and Scanning, a book titled Bringing to Life the Spirit of the Deceased- A Sculptor’s Journey that documents the process of creating posthumous commissions and the supernatural/spiritual and science behind some of the events that occur while doing so. The book is based on her research for her college thesis. Lectures on this subject have been presented at the TW Woods Gallery in Vermont along with Vermont College Union Institute. She is also writing and illustrating several children’s books and young adult novels.

Ms. Mongeon is also a contributing writer to the Art of Business section of Sculptural Pursuits magazine.
